Nutritional and Dietary Supplement Advice

“If you don’t take care of your body, where are you going to live?”

More and more people are now becoming aware that we really “are what we eat” and if we don’t put good food into our bodies, then they won’t perform the way expect them to.

Unfortunately there is so much contradiction about what’s good and what’s bad for us, it seems to change almost on a weekly basis.  From “fat is bad” to “don’t eat carbs after 6pm”, we are bombarded with what we should and shouldn’t put in our mouths.

At Heath Rise we are very much about eating the things nature intended and minimizing man made foods. Believe us, we do like a treat every now and again, but good food really does play a part in how healthy we can live.

As part of our holistic approach to health, we are conscious that not all foods contain the levels of nutrients they once did, meaning that if we do eat large quantities of wholesome foods, in many instances we’re still not getting enough.  Take Magnesium; this is an essential mineral that we recommend to every client, as our soils are so depleted and people do not receive anywhere near the levels required for good health.

Our supplement recommendations are constructed based on what we believe are essential for good day to day health and for those who are seeking to improve their health due to illness or those who just what to ensure they are optimised, we will provide them with a personalised nutrition and supplement plan to put them on the right course.
